Focus Day Sets Vision.
We Execute It.

Why Your Best EOS
Implementations Still Fail
Implementations Still Fail
You know the pattern.
Leadership leaves Focus Day energized. V/TO dialed, accountability chart mapped, Rocks set. L10s start strong. Scorecards get updated.
Then month three hits.
The ops manager stops updating the scorecard because the numbers live in QuickBooks and she's tired of copying them over. The project lead marks Rocks complete at 80% and moves on. L10 to-dos pile up in a spreadsheet nobody checks between meetings.
By month six, they're running EOS in name only.
You got paid. You delivered the methodology. But the implementation didn't stick, and that client isn't sending referrals.
This isn't a coaching problem. It's an integration problem.

The Fix
How to Project provides white-label fractional PM and technical integration for EOS implementers. You teach the methodology. We wire it into how your clients actually work. Your client never knows we exist.
We're the founding integration partner for success.co. We also integrate with Bloom Growth, Strety, or whatever spreadsheet system your client refuses to abandon. On the PM side, we maintain EOS-aligned templates for Teamwork, Asana, Monday, ClickUp, and Wrike. If they use something else, we build custom integrations.
You deliver Focus Day. We take over the technical work as part of your team: connecting EOS to their existing tools, structuring Rocks as milestones with tasks that track the actual work, automating L10 to-do flow so items land where people already manage their day.
Then we stay. Minimum three months, because that's when implementations fail. We keep the system running while the quarterly check-in feels far away.
The Economics
You pay our rate. You bill your client whatever fits your market. You keep 100% of the markup plus 30% of our base.
Example: You bill $250/hr on a 20-hour monthly block. Client pays $5,000. You keep $2,550/month without delivering any additional work. Five clients on annual contracts puts $150,000+ in passive income alongside your implementation fees.
After three months, clients move to flexible annual contracts. Hours scale monthly based on need. Revenue continues after your formal EOS engagement ends.
